1781: Uranus Discovered
1865: Confederate States agree to the use of black troops
1925: The Butler Act enacted, making it illegal for teachers to teach evolution in Tennessee schools
1927: The British Army drops the lance as an official weapon
1930: Pluto Discovered
1938: Louis Armstrong and gang record "When the Saints Go Marching In"
1997: Pheonix lights seen in Arizona
Battle Los Angeles was definitely subpar. I love Marine Corps movies but the sentiment between the Marines was definitely over the top. The action was good but the storyline was 2 dimensional imo. Thats about all I can say without ruining the movie. Aaron Eckhart would make a terrible NCO.
Spring break is over, time to head up back to school in good ol' gainesville go gators.
